Andrew Brown

Chief Inspector Andrew B Brown  is an internationally renowned negotiator with specialist knowledge and experience in dealing with kidnap for ransom, designing conflict de-escalation skills for military and humanitarian operations, and acting as an expert witness
 for judicial inquiries in response to hostage taking. He is also a Member of the CRJ’s Advisory Panel.
