Desiree Matel-Anderson
Desiree Matel-Anderson is the Chief Wrangler at Field Innovation Team. She is a lawyer and serves as a consultant on innovation for agencies and governments, nationally and internationally, including in an advisory role to the European Emergency Management Consortium in UNESCO’s I-REACT team. She was recently appointed to the United States National Academy of Science, Engineering and Medicine. She was also the first (and now former) chief innovation advisor at FEMA. Desiree has lectured on innovation at Harvard, Yale and Berkeley universities. She has written the book, Future Survivor.
