Tomasz Zweglinski - Internal Security Institute at the Main School of Fire Service in Warsaw, Poland

Tomasz holds a PhD in Security Sciences and Master of Fire Engineering. He is a professional fire officer (Lt. Col.) and a specialist in civil protection and crises management.
An academic leading the Internal Security Institute at the Main School of Fire Service, he graduated from the Military National Defence Academy in Warsaw with a PhD. He also studied fire engineering and crisis management.
He is also an occupational safety expert who graduated from Warsaw Technical University and Central Institute for Labour Protection at the National Research Institute in Poland.
Tomasz is a High Level Coordination expert of the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism and a disaster environmental expert of the Joint Environmental Unit UNEP/OCHA. He is an EU CBRN Security Manager.

He organises and evaluates table-top and field civil protection exercises and is a national and international research and capacity building projects manager.
