Crisis Management and Communication Consultant, Complexity Expert.

Irene is a freelance consultant specialising in crisis management and crisis communication, working across Italy and internationally. Her passion for crisis management began in 2016, while she was living in Brussels, Belgium, during the tense lead-up to the terrorist attacks that struck the city on March 22.
 
She has studied communication and complexity management in various European countries and has collaborated with consulting firms specialised in crisis management and business continuity, as well as with communication and reputation management agencies in France, Switzerland, and Italy.  

Irene is frequently invited to lecture at top Italian universities and is committed to raising awareness about crises, especially through her editorial project.

She speaks Italian, English, French, and some Spanish. Irene firmly believes in collective learning, interdisciplinary exchange, and the crucial role of context in shaping effective behaviours. She is a curious explorer of countries, disciplines, and people.
