CRJ welcomes Tomasz Zweglinski to its Advisory Panel 

A very warm welcome to Tomasz Zweglinski, Director of the Internal Security Institute at the Main School of Fire Service in Warsaw, Poland, to CRJ's Advisory Panel. We are very much looking forward to working with him.

Tomasz holds a PhD in Security Sciences and Master of Fire Engineering. He is a professional fire officer (Lt. Col.), a specialist in civil protection and crises management and an academic. He is also an occupational safety expert who graduated from Warsaw Technical University and Central Institute for Labour Protection at the National Research Institute in Poland.

Tomasz is a High Level Co-ordination expert of the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism and a disaster environmental expert of the Joint Environmental Unit UNEP/OCHA.
