Dr Liviu Muresan

Dr Liviu Mure?an is a noted Romanian security expert. After serving as Leader of the Majority in the Romanian Parliament in 1990 – 1991, he occupied a number of advisory positions, including as Senior Advisor to the Prime Minister, the Government and the Minister of Interior, and served as Deputy Director of the National Defence College. He currently leads the Eurisc Foundation, a private research institute.
